It’s all about peaches…and the inventive ways chefs dish them up in tasty recipes! Features chef demonstrations that showcase diverse creations from entrees to desserts, sauces to beverages. Pick up tips, tricks and techniques as engaging, Colorado cooks prepare both easy to make as well as gourmet recipes with Palisade peaches. This is the 49th year for what is becoming one of the most popular events at Peach Festival.
Chef demonstrations take place under a 20 ft. x 40 ft. tent to keep you comfortable in the shade. Chefs have an opportunity to showcase their skills, promote themselves and their restaurant, while having fun creating their peach cuisine before the crowd. At the conclusion of each demonstration, small samples of the chef’s prepared dish are passed out to the attendees.
This year we are delighted to announce the Outdoor Sportman Channel celebrity, The Sporting Chef, Scott Leysath will be presenting at the Cuisine tent compliments of Charter Business. Look for times at a later date.
